Smoked Jerk. Chicken Quarters
Our smoked Jerk. chicken quarters are marinated in our homemade Rude Boy Jerk. Marinade then smoked in Jamaican pimento wood to perfection, chopped and served with Island Slaw, Choice of Side, Jamaican Hard Dough Bread and your choice of available homemade sauces pon di side.
Our chicken is all natural hormone and steroid free while fed a vegetarian diet.

Created from the Jerk. kitchen this is our spiciest sauce and boy does she have a kick. A sweeter saucier version of our Rude Boy Marinade. This is Jerk.
Jerk. BBQ
Created from the Jerk. kitchen this tangy barbecue sauce has a a touch of Jerk. to add just enough heat and barbecue flavor.
Cilantro Lime Aioli
Made in the Jerk kitchen put out the fire with cool Aioli. With a touch of cilantro and lime this sauce will have you dipping over and over.
